Shipping Policies

We offer free UK shipping to al orders over £99. For all other orders we offer a discounted flat rate shipping based on your geographical location and the size of your parcel. Our shipping rates are as follows:

International shipping rates vary per destination and package weight, averaging around £10-£12, higher for express or tracked international shipping options.

Where possible we always send items tracked and signed for, your tracking information will be supplied when the dispatch notice is sent.

Please allow 3-5 working days for order processing and dispatch of your order, except for made to order items when your dispatch time will be confirmed when your order is processed.

Returns

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchased products please get in touch. We accept returns of all full price, sold as ‘in stock’ products, in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

We don’t issue refunds for sale items or made to order items, however, a credit note or exchange can be arranged for sale items sold as ‘in stock’. All made to order or custom made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To let us know you’re returning something, please get in touch by email at hello@mimiandbloom.com. Please do not return the item without confirming the return address and returns process with us in advance via email.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot cover return postage costs but will refund the original postage costs where applicable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In the unlikely situation that there is a faulty or damaged item, please contact us asap and we will arrange return shipping and replacement of the item where possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have processed the refund or store credit note.

Please note that orders paid via Clearpay are not eligible for refunds, but any returns will be processed as a store credit only.
